Salesperson collapsed and broke my macbook pro

I was in the London store purchasing my new macbook pro which I was very excited about. A pretty salesperson was putting the box in a bag and before I knew it she was on the floor along with my brand new laptop. Of course being a gentleman I went over to the laptop to see if it was alright. No only joking I helped her of course, after five minutes of her coming around I checked on the laptop and it didnt look good. Thank god Apple gave me a brand new one and a free mighty mouse for all the hassle. Excellent service and changed the day up a bit. Not that £1200 down didnt do that. Anyway buy a mac they are awesome. But maybe order it from the internet.
 
Or purchase in the store and hope for free accessories. It's not like you lost anything, except some time. Enjoy your new machine and hopefully the salesperson is fine.
 
Note to self: find weak salesperson and push down next time buying a laptop to get free mouse.
 
If they paid me to take a Mighty Mouse I still wouldn't have it. Terrible product and thankfully replaced by the new mouse. Guess they really wanted rid of that old stock so they just gave it to you.

Until the Magic Mouse gets a cord, Mighty Mouse reigns supreme. I clean my trackball as often as you probably change you batteries. I need the precision of a wired mouse.

why would they not replace it?

it should be expected that they do

Did you get her purse? Lol only joking! Apple does seem to like to hire size 8, pretty female sales staff though. Maybe they should hire a few with more girth :p

Psh, you can pay me to take it. Then I'll sell it on eBay like I did my other one and make another easy $15.
