Just for some peace of mind.
My nephews often play on my MacBook and they get way overly excited and competitive, this often is followed by them screaming when they lose/win.
After they stop playing and I go back to use my MacBook as normal, I often find drops of saliva on my keyboard/trackpad/speakers/touchpad area .. I imagine they spit saliva (accidentally) when they get competitive and start being angry/excited while they scream at the screen.

There are only some drops of saliva, and I never wipe them off with fear of pushing the saliva under the keys or speaker holes so they just evaporate on their own.
I’m just afraid that some drops of saliva could have gone to the wrong place and might have found their way inside the MacBook, because I only see the drops outside but I wouldn’t be surprised if some drops went under the keys or in the speaker holes unnoticed.

I already spoke to their parents about this and I don’t think I’ll let them play again btw.

If you are worried about possible liquid infiltration, I expect you'd know about it sooner than later...If it's been a while since your nephews have drooled on your MB and everything is still running normally, I expect you're okay. I think they'd have to be major droolers or you'd have to be extremely unlucky for it to present a problem. I personally use a paper towel to gently wick/lift liquid away when it's on my lappie and haven't had any problems...tho I usually do this while the MBP is flipped so that gravity is helping me. You could order one of those silicone keyboard covers if you still want to be the hero with the fun media.

Oh I wouldn’t call it drooling, that would be a lot saliva. If anything, I’m talking about the same amount of droplets you’d expect from like sneezing on your MacBook. So small drops sparse, not really drooling as such. Cause of concern you think?

Oh
Put your MacBook out of reach when they are at your home. Do not let them play with it for any reason, unless you are willing to pay for repairs.
Oh yeah that’s for sure now, not gonna let them touch my MacBook again. Do you there are any chances of water damage just by drops of saliva? You know like when you talk or shout and some salive spits out of your mouth accidentally?

Nope, I also don't think so. If you had problems I think they'd show up quickly. Honestly, I get that level of moisture on my mbp probably once every couple of months. You'd have to be extremely unlucky to be affected, I think.
