SAM Push Problems

Goodmorning, I'm having trouble with my iphone right now. It runs WD5.1 which is basically 3.1.3, Everything works fine except for the push notifications. I installed SAM and successfully WildcardActivated my phone. Now, i tried IPusher and the notifications do not work.
