Same iTunes Libary on OSX and Bootcamped Windows 7?

Hi guys. Im think about getting an iMac. One of the things I will need is Windows 7 (due to work). Is there anyway to get my iTunes library to be in sync with each OS depending on which one I boot? For example i sync my iphone (with new songs) onto iTunes on windows and when i head back to OSX everything will be transferred? and will it go the opposite way? Its just i would swap different OSes depending on what im doing, but dont really want to force myself to boot to a certain OS just to sync all my apps/music etc .... If theres a way of doing it thatd be great!

Try to transfer the library to an external hdd/flash drive. Don't if it works but its worth a try

I use VMware for Win 7, much easier than rebooting all the time to access those few Windows only programs the job requires.

User Max86 even figured out where the iPhone backups are and IIRC managed to get that shared too.
