iPhone XS Max Same network. Different levels

How can this be?

Both sims are on the same network but have totally different signal strengths.

P = esim. W = physical sim.

WiFi calling enabled? That could be the culprit.

They should be close to each other in terms of strength, considering that they use the same antennas for reception.

It is enabled. Rarely am I ever on the same network. I thought they both show the same strength when I was.
