They keep them locked up, but the papers to buy them is out in the open. You can check out as many times as you like, just do not get too greedy. They are also double sealed and you can get gift receipts when you do purchase them.

Last year they had several even after lunch when everywhere else had sold out. Nobody thinks to look here, so call ahead if it is to far from you.

Also, last year they were cheaper.

I believe they were around $20 cheaper at SAMs, than at Apple as well.

Currently waiting outside of my local Sams Club, I'm the first one in line but several other clubs which i called earlier today already had people lining up since 8 pm.

Heading out there shortly. Walmart didn't chave the model I wanted (32GB wifi). Hopefully I should get mine as this is ideal since I have to be at work at 8. Wish me luck!
