My MacBook Pro 2019 13” with 4 thunderbolts gets crazy, fans are full blast 6000 rpm when I connect it the this monitor. I chatted with apple support and they say it is because of the monitor. I tried to connect it my 55” Samsung tv and it is very normal. What could wrong with the monitor and what can I do to resolve it? Thank you.

I’m not sure how to fix it, but something is definitely wrong there... your CPU/iGPU temps are way low for the fans to be cranked up like that...

My wife regularly uses her 2017 13” Pro with a 4K monitor and the fans cannot be heard.

Have you tried resting the SMC?

Have you found a solution to this? I'm considering buying that monitor and am wondering if there are compatibility issues with macs when other displays are connected.
Cheers!

Sorry, there is no solution.
