I have someone that uses an Android with a Samsung keyboard. Because of this all the emoji come through as question marks. Is it possible to install a third party keyboard that would maybe recognize those emojis? I don’t want to use it but hoped maybe having it installed would recognize the emoji. Long shot I am sure but have to ask

No, it's an OS level problem, and it's that you're on the newest Unicode standard and they need to get an update to their device for that.
