I can totally sympathise with the footprint topic mate.
The Note9 screen is 6.4inches and the Note 10 is 6.3inches but in a much smaller footprint.. that is a major win for me!
Furthermore, I will get the full screen experience, the faster storage, faster more efficient CPU, more RAM, better front camera, three improved rear main cameras and improved spen (I am not in to AR so missing out on the fourth camera on the Note 10+ doesn't really bother me).
I also realised yesterday I have been running my Note9 on the Full HD+ setting for the longest time so that wont change with the Note 10.
Thus, on the face of it, I only lose the 0.1 inches on the screen and the 500mAH battery capcaity but I hope this loss will somewhat be compensated by the newer 7nm processor.
Definitely. The s10+ has same footprint as Xs max. S10 5g feels much bigger even at its 6.7” screen.

He dedicated a whole video about what the Note 10 does better than the iphone, and that he wants Apple to copy them.

The note 10+ is doing well in South Korea. Preorders are more than double those of the note 9.

Ii really like the Samsung LED cases as its another layer of functionality not offered by others in addition to it's primary function to protect my phone
I have always had the full cover case but as they are late arriving so the only case on offer was the new led back case with lesser notifications but a sparkly effect with $10 off
I'm interested to try this one in attempt to go semi nude with just a factory fitted screen protector and the back case,
However having always used a case I have never been a one handed user and rarely use the power button being so easy to just close the front cover
It will be interesting to see if I can adapt or find any advantages

So Samsung is doing a referral program for 10% orders (you get a referral code from a friend, the friend gets 10% off order). Don't request or post referral links, I'm just letting people know it's out there.

Sigh...got to see another person’s receipt for same phone ordered at same time. Same color and carrier branding. Theirs still says 8/23 delivery. Mine is still saying 9/4.
Cancel button still there and very tempting to hit out of pure spite. Samsung apparently doesn’t want to take my money. No, really they keep doing this “Reserve and get your preorder” thing. I order the way they specify and wait months for their phones. This time I’d be delayed a week and a half for no apparent reason.
I just went and pulled up and started to cancel but can’t make myself do it. I was going to just get the smaller Note and different freebies. I guess I’ll think on it some more.

Logistics is hard, maybe give them a call and ask them to bump it up before cancelling online.

That sucks. The aura black we bought shipped today for tomorrow's delivery while the aura glow is still in processing 🙁. I guess its one of those "not unboxing the phone until we both have it" type of deal. We are pretty cheesy

Based on the S10 and now the note 10 fiasco you've gone through!
I probably would have cancelled, especially since it's been so hard for me to get through the pre-order process (I pulled it up again yesterday after work and couldn't go through with it) and pulled up Sammy again this morning and priced out the S10+ and even looked into a tablet a bit. 🙄
It's getting more difficult to lay down the cash for a "new" device 😕 it's hard to justify laying down 1200 bucks for a device one has little control over (this is subjective!) And that doesn't bring much to the table.
I think someone is just bored with his toys lol 😛 🙂

Nah not going to cancel over this. I realized that looking at all my blue cases that nobody can even order anywhere right now. Lol.
It will get here when it gets here.
It is not easy to get my temper really going. But when it does I have a pretty nasty temper. I have been pretty p****d about this. Not this alone but on top of other things Samsung has done on the customer service and order fulfillment end. So the temptation to cancel this and walk away permanently was there. Now I’m in a more contemplative mood.

Do a new order but without the cases and see what date you get, if its earlier then cancel the other one, if not, then cancel the new one.

Yep I sympathise with your frustration, I hate waiting I even selected my car in Thailand by the dealer that had stock and could give me one in the same day, (Ford/Chevrolet/Mazda lucked out that day) a quick wire transfer and lunch had my new car ready by the afternoon complete with tints and extras🙂
I cannot help and feel that the generous returns and cancellations offered mainly in the US is overall bad for consumers as its abused by many and increases prices world wide to stop grey imports as US prices would be significantly less.
However sorry I can't pop down the road and post one to you as everywhere seems out of stock including Samsung
Nah, the blue cases I've got as part of the preorder bonus credits take my breath away every time I look at them. I've tried doing new preorders just to see what I can get and those blue cases aren't even shown as selectable backorders. They simply are not there! 😱
I don't care that I don't have the blue phone. I actually am thrilled with Aura Glow. But I want the blue Samsung cases on them.
However, I did strongly consider getting a smaller Note, instead. But my next iPhone is going to be small. Either the iPhone 11 or the iPhone Pro. No iPhone Plus/Max for me unless something extraordinary plays out. So I'll be pairing a small phone and a super colossal massive phone.
Lord help me though if I end up with two massive phones. Yikes. I am going to start working out again but still...😕.
