What a beautiful kitty! I think both cameras did a nice job. I like the warmth of the S22 Ultra photo. I like the way the light looks on the edges of the fur on the kitty’s neck in the iPhone photo. And the focus is better with the iPhone. But I don’t know if that’s due to the iPhone being better at this sort of thing or due to you being more used to using it.13 pro max on left, S22 Ultra as example in low light conditions
I still haven’t really gotten to set up it even look at my phone yet. Even with everyone pitching in, I’ve been away long enough that a lot of work piled up and I have a lot to get done before I leave again. I’ll definitely have some time tomorrow to at least set it up. I’m hoping I have some time when I get back home. I’m at school now right now picking up a kid from extra curriculars.

Mine finally got delivered. Wife and I are both at sports practices with kids but caught the fedex guy on the ring and asked if speaking to and authorizing him to leave it would work in lieu of signature and he said that was fine. Now this practice needs to hurry up so I can haul tail home.
Just got mine as well..Fedex just left it by the door..No knock, no door bell ..nada..Glad I had signed up for txt updates for tracking..

Mine is still delayed.
It's still just ominously says that it's shipping this week not when I can expect it.
Pretty annoyed, last year with the s21 ultra it was delayed by nearly a month.

Finally got everything set up through smart switch. The device is definitely a keeper. Feels almost exactly like my Note 20 Ultra which was one of my favorites. I've always preferred the Note form factor but the S21 Ultra was probably the best looking phone ever made in my opinion. Also it just felt perfect in hand. Going to take a while to get used to the boxy Note design again but can't look back now. The S21U is boxed up and ready to send off for trade in.
Unfortunately I’m at the hospital living my life in yet another waiting room doing another elder vigil. Fortunately my mom hadn’t fallen again or had anything else horrific happen but she was just really super weird and confused and she wasn’t watching Wheel of Fortune which means either it’s the apocalypse or she’s really unwell. It finally took a 911 call to haul her stubborn butt here but at least now she can get some professional care I worry is overdue.
I’m going to have to drop out of contributing to the discussion, but I’ll still be reading and upvoting since I can’t really do much else for several hours.

I love the look and feel of the S21 Ultra, too. But I’m surprised how much I missed having a Note. Good luck with the trade in I hope all goes smoothly for you and all of us shipping our trade-ins.

Thank you that’s very kind of you to say. Still here. My husband is with my mom because he’s got all her medical information in his iPhone. They’re running loads of diagnostics. One of the things I’m going to do is learn how to keep all these records on my phones, myself. I want to be back there with her but due to Covid they’re only letting one person and not allowing switching so I’m locked out.😞 She’s asleep anyway and she at least understood why I couldn’t go back with her before she zonked out.
My dad was keeping all their medical records on a desktop pc but he worked with my husband to get it all copied to my husband’s phone before the pandemic kept us apart for a year. Thank goodness they finished and updated that data before my dad passed.
These Galaxy Notes potentially lend themselves especially well to this sort of thing and if you use the Secured Folder I think it’s probably not a bad idea to do this with medical information for anyone someone may be responsible for, be it elders or children. It came in handy with the paramedics. We had a complete list of all her known diagnosed issues. Of course everyone is going to have different levels of comfort regarding the security of doing this. I honestly know nothing about this, but knowing my husband, he’s got it locked down solid.
I am bummed I left my earbuds in my other handbag. This would have been a good opportunity to check out all the video reviews on the Ultra. I’m also curious about the little s22. I got to read and watch tons of first impressions but I haven’t gotten to see real reviews yet.
I am surprising my mother with 22 or the plus on her 70th birthday but hard to choose from these beautiful colours... i have 10 days so will make up my mind by then.

My “little” S22 is arriving in the morning. I’ll keep everyone here updated with the battery life and my overall feelings about it! Is there anything else that anyone here would like me to talk about / show from the phone? I’m really excited for it.
Does anyone kniw if s22 has same camera as s22 plus.. seen review of s22plus vs ultra and truly ultra aint that better than s22 plus.. so as i know niw that i wont leave iphine, just want to leverage preorder bonuses and eventually try android for fun… so s22 cheapest one would be best option
10× optical zooming is enough to make it better. The number of optical zooming is one of the main features that makes any camera more expensive.

Very nice present! Hopefully my green 256gb S22 will arrive next week. I bought it through my carrier here in Europe and was told Samsung will start sending them directly to us on the 25th.
