Looks terrible. 🤦‍♂️ Nothing comes close to the design of the Apple Watch.
Terrible? Come on. They are very nice looking. I actually prefer the design, but the integration limitations push me to the :apple:watch with its nerd square design.

granted this feature looks very impressive on a samsung watch, which most people who don't own one assume to be a $10 watch from walmart. i apologize in advance.

This is a good feature. Nice that you can have more than two people in a conversation.

They do. I have the 2019 46mm Galaxy, still love it. I love the bulky watches and this is just nice to me. Pairs with the iPhone but has limitations. Plus a lot of custom accessories (like AW) with this. Bezel, all types of bands, downloadable watch faces.

If you like bulky watches the g shock smartwatch might interest you, although it might be better to wait for gen 2.

Does it really look like that? or did the camera over expose? Are the blacks really that grey, I thought the Samsung watches had OLED screens.

true, not the best pic to highlight the Apple Watch though.

not gonna lie I like the 2nd year of partnership with Samsung and Thom Browne designers theyve got a unique set of limited edition products and they look really good! Covering not just athletics but overall sleek, mature and overall design to a next level.

I wish Apple would do that beyond just bands and wallpaper specific to certain models or an App.

Don’t really see the point in limited edition phones, not like it goes up in price as the years go on, all phones depreciate over time, unlike limited edition cars and other valuable times.

Samsung had to wait for the technology to be mature enough to be used on their watches :)

Samsung does manufacture the displays for the iPhone ( like Foxconn manicures the iPhones) Apple designs the displays down to the atom and calibrates them to their specific requirements. If you though Apple just slaps some "Galaxy" displays on the iPhones you are mistaking.

The technology was developed in-house by Samsung. Apple is simply looking at what the possibilities are based on Samsung’s capabilities.
All of these have been researched and developed by Samsung.

Apple doesn’t have the capability to make their own OLED panels!

Again, Apple doesn’t build anything and it doesn’t need to when it has the money for others to do it. Apple does design hardware, including its own displays- Samsung builds them. This is not some rumour, this is fact. Yes, Samsung is good at displays, but Apple doesn’t just go with what Samsung designs for its own. Surprised you don’t know that.

Apple can only design what Samsung can manufacture…
Apple can’t patent their OLED design, because Samsung already has patent on it. They can only design what Samsung can offer.

There's no actual proof Apple designs those displays "down to the atom" as you claim.
They are still Samsung displays and use Samsung technology also Samsung Display designs, engineers and manufactures the products they sell, they are not just "a cook" that follows a recipe.

This is not some rumour, this is fact.
A fact that has never been proven in practice with anything tangible. Funny

Actually the display's Samsung uses for it's latest and greatest are often more advanced in terms of technology. For example Note 20 Ultra's display vs 12 Pro Max's display.

Last time I checked Samsung isn’t the only company that makes displays, won’t be long now till apple tell them where to go, they’ll be making their own screens soon.

Apple won’t enter the manufacturing business again. They tried it and failed and learned their lessons well.
