Some 14 years after my last purchase of a Samsung anything, I took a leap of faith and purchased a new 27" S900 5k screen. What a friggin joke - while the screen itself was a very nice display, it is defective 36 days after I received it... AND SAMSUNG WILL NOT REPLACE IT! I bought it directly from Samsung.com, but since it is outside their ridiculous 15 day return period, they will not replace or refund a $1500 screen - only service it.
My Lord...14 years ago I had the same type experience, which took 3 service "repairs" and I still had a non-working device. I eventually had to dispute that purchase with my credit card company, which gave me my $$$ back. Samsung still hasn't figured this out, I guess.
