Samsung Pay in Europe

Does anybody know how is S Pay going to work in Europe for PIN type/contactless terminals ?
This is really a feature i am looking forward to

Like Google Wallet or Apple Pay, it would use NFC to emulate a contactless card.

Therefore, it would be subject to the same contactless purchase limit you have now.

And don't forget that it will also be able to replicate the magnetic swipe of a regular credit card for those countries that don't use chip and pin. Samsung bought LoopPay and supposedly has it installed on the S6 variants.
