ATIV Q, the dual-booting Android/W8 laptop, sports Samsung's 3200x1800 display announced in May.
Hopefully it doesn't cost a fortune...
Someone tell this guy his glasses aren't cool if that's what he's aiming for
ATIV Q doesn't look half bad. I really like the ability to switch between W8 and Android so easily.
I'm feeling a little Jason Bradbury overload at this stage. Sick of seeing him in every launch.
The Ativ Q is looking pretty nice. I'm not sure where the usb slots are but it looks like they are on the hinge?
Holy **** at Ativ Book 9! The great Series 9 improved in many ways!
Same weight as Macbook Air, same great battery life. Hopefully a great trackpad. (the exapmle of Ativ 7)
3200 x 1800, TOUCHSCREEN 13.3" screen. This must be a dream! I wonder what the price will be.
Liking the look of Ativ Q slider.
Would like to see it and how good the s-pen is with the likes of Corel Painter... I'd be tempted to pick one up, was looking at Wacom 13" cintiq, but this is higher resolution and a full tablet/ultrabook too and prob round same price...
Wonder what Windows desktop mode looks at such high res, icons and small buttons....
Android runs as a VM on the ATIV Q...that is the deal breaker for me.
Galaxy S4 in new colors. I actually like the brown...
Based on what you just said, knowing nothing else, I would estimate $1500
The S4 Zoom didn't look bulky at all in the guy's hand.
Samsung is hitting it out of the park in the laptop market. If I was buying Windows, it would be a Samsung laptop
It seems the ATIV Book 9 Plus is already being listed by some retailers in Europe. One site has it for about £1100 (~$1700) for the base 4GB, 128GB SSD model. I wouldn't consider that too bad taking into account the display and supposed build quality of this thing, especially when you compare it to some of those ASUS Zenbooks and Toshiba's Kirabooks.
Android itself is a VM (more or less).
Yea I was looking at the new ASUS Zenbook Inifinity Prime but the new Samsung Ativ Book 9 looks pretty sweet.
