Samsung S3 jelly bean update on mac?

Hello I'm trying to update my Samsung S3 phone to the latest Jelly Bean. I do not have Windows. I've not used Windows in a long time and I dont want to.

Please can someone help? Do you know of a way to update the phone using odin on mac? I have the update file, just need to update the phone.
