Macs don't support the optional USB 3.2 Gen 2X2 specification, so it will be limited to USB 3.2 Gen 2X1 or 10Gbps ( 1.000MB/s.

My T7 reports 700-800MB/s on my Mac Studio.....
Which is more than enough for me, considering my cMP Sata3 SSD's maxed out at 500MB/s.
