Does Apple read my emails or scan my files? Apple is transparent about your privacy. I have never received any unsolicited mail or targeted advertising and I've been an iCloud/iTunes Match subscriber since those services started.

Apple's Privacy Policy is nearly identical to Googles. Further - Google is transparent (just like Apple) if you bother to read what you are agreeing to by using their services. And you can opt out.

Isn't that the only one that matters here? ME is what you'd use on an embedded system (mobile being one).

Thanks for proving my point that Google never had to license Java.

Or, better, APACHE FOUNDATION never had to license Java

If they are only selling ad space, where do they get the data to match a consumer to an ad? Isn't that why Google is on top, their ability to display targeted advertisements with a higher click through ratio than any of their competition?

So, the ****ing product is ad space, not the data. It is easy to understand if you want to understand

So 5mb/s with no monthly fee is not free internet access? You pay an installation fee with any ISP.

$300 IS NOT FREE

Here's three: Search, Music, and Calendar. They weren't re-licensed, they were deprecated and replaced with Google Mobile Services.

Here's three were you're wrong, they are not deprecated and they are still on AOSP.

Try again

Does Apple read my emails or scan my files?

Yes, they do, read the TOS.

But as it is clear that even with facts you will believe wrong things because your prejudices, this is a waste of time. Believe what you wan and hate what you want, reality won't change

I've never stated they had to, I've repeatedly stated that in my opinion they should have.

So, the ****ing product is ad space, not the data. It is easy to understand if you want to understand
So the value of Google Adwords is the space where the ads go and has nothing to do with what ad is shown to what user..? If you honestly believe that I'm at a total loss.

$300 IS NOT FREE
CAPS MAKE IT TRUE! A monthly service with no monthly fee is not a free service if you have to pay for installation!

Here's three were you're wrong, they are not deprecated and they are still on AOSP.
Apps that haven't been updated in years are great!

But as it is clear that even with facts you will believe wrong things because your prejudices, this is a waste of time. Believe what you wan and hate what you want, reality won't change
I've never denied I'm not bias, I've flat out said that I am. Ironically the only parts of my posts you respond to are nitpicking facts about Java and Android. All my other questions and analogies you've conveniently ignored so we might as well drop it.

Sales are irrelevant to the fact that AOSP is a whole an complete OS.

By the way, this quarter has been sold more than 50 million AOSP devices, strange for an useless OS.

This.

Even Android compatible phones that come without Google services sell very well:

The phones usually have alternative services. For example, often more localized app and media stores replace the Google Play Market.
