I like this idea, would be helpful for motorists.

A few years ago some guy implemented wearable version of this, so he looked like he had a big hole right through his torso.

How long before someone hacks it and figures out a way to stream something other than the feed from the front of the truck? Once that happens, people won't WANT to pass the truck, provided the person that changed the feed picks something good...
