Cue the "well Apple didn't invent a virtual, reflective glass tray that holds your favorite and most-used programs!" arguments.

Samsung's a copycat, the lawsuit and these examples confirm that.

Still. Its Vista all over again, I want it to succeed but... it just won't. Its hard to use and visually unappealing. The transition from desktop to start menu is terrible. Its like switching OSes.
