SanDisk 256GB Ultra Plus SSD speed

Hi guys,

Repalced my HDD in my early 2011 mbp with this SSD: http://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-SDS...&sr=1-1&keywords=sandisk+256gb+ultra+plus+ssd

I've ran some benchmarks (both with and without trim) and they come out like this. Speed looks good apart from 4k reads. Is this normal?

It's a vast improvement on the HDD but doesn't seem as snappy as my Windows PC when I upgraded that to SSD.

I think it should be a little better than that.
