Sanity Check on Backlight Bleed

Please let me know your thoughts on this screen. I notice it barely while watching vids at about 60% but I "see" it. I compared to my iPad 1 and the original seems much better. Should I exchange?

This was taken at 100%.

Did you shoot that with the new Nikon d800 at 6400 ISO for a 30 second exposure lol?

Actually did with iPhone 4s no flash and auto...

Mine looks perfect in the dark with a black screen and the brightness turned up with a tiny bit of bleed in the bottom left but when I took a pic with the 4s it looks like crap and I can see my reflection.
