Man a lot of no’s in here. I for one have bought one for the past 4 years running. I love them. No scratches after a year of use, oleophobic coating is much better and touch sensitivity is also better than a regular one. Is it pricey? Yeah it is, but worth it to me, even with apple care+, ive had my fair share of spigen protectors too, and icarez as well for family sinice they dont care about scratches. Personally i go with iMos, they’ve been around longer than shellrus. I have an imos on mine and love it, installed a shellrus on a friends 14 pro max and its decent too but im sticking with imos. shellrus isnt as edge to edge, and the alignment tray while nice, kinda sucks. As for my wife’s phone she‘s rocking a Spigen since she goes through 2 screen protectors a month.

I think usually a AR coating is applied. I know they do this on my Omega Seamster Bond, coat the under glass to avoid glare.
Then I wouldn’t see the benefit of sapphire at all. Assuming the coating can be scratched or rubbed off over time. Anything between your eye and the sapphire could be roughed up and that’s the whole point of a surface that doesn’t get scratched.

Where have you found an IMOS for the 14 Pro series?

I usually order from this site https://store.srsworks.com/

But this year I reached out to IMOs and they put me in contact with a vendor who ships to the US. Had my screen protector and lenses a whole week before iPhone launch day. And they kept in contact with me updating me every step of the way. Attached is their email if you want to reach out. Purchase was made through alibaba

Awesome, thanks so much!

I would buy this, but it needs to be professionally installed. Good for maybe two years and if you use, for example, an Otterbox commuter that has a very high lip around the screen then you may get what you want. I say two years as if you replace the battery that procedure cracks the screen.
Actually I’ve had batteries changed a number of times with no issues to the screen protector. Although Apple did scratch the heck out of the sides of my phone. They ended up giving me a brand new phone.

I'd absolutely buy one if the shipping to Austria alone wouldn't cost as much as the protector itself.
80€ for the Shellrus? Okay. 130€ incl. shipping? No way.

I’m gonna go with no as well. I’ve never scratched a tempered glass screen protector. I guess if somebody has a very unique use case scenario, then it might be worth it. For me I’m very gentle on my phones and I don’t really even end up having to replacing the one I put on in the beginning.

You sure ?
Cause my shellrus is on the way but my 13 pro max shellrus is bigger than other brand screen protector.
My IMOs sapphire is more edge 2 edge then the shellrus that I put on my friends phone and it fits the sheath perfect. No gap whatsoever. It’s a match made in heaven.

I have the imos sapphire for iphone 14 pro and their camera lens protecto. Its a very good production. And i love the imos brand, i ordered in srs works in Hongkong. Been using imos since iphone 6 days. Love them. It can be a bit pricey though. I also have their tempered glass for ipad pro 11 inch.

Hey,
I have been using shellrus sapphire screnn protector for my iPhone 12 pro for the past 2 years.
First month of using it, it had a small crack. Contacted customer services they gave me 65% copoun code for the next screen protector. bought another screen protector to put it on my iPhone. It was also cracked. the screen is very scratch proof. but it is very fragile. so the 80$ price tag is not worth it.
