Is there any EyeTV-like product that allows for the use of a satellite input? Not only to watch, but also to control the signal like a reciever? It seems the all the mac compatible DVR products can only recieve over the air signal and cable. EH?? any ideas?
 
nope, you'll have to use the tivo/directv tuner for DVR and tuning...i use the Miglia Alchemy PCI PVR in my PM G5, and i have to use the directv tuner...yeah, it's a pain.
