Sato printer drivers

No idea in this case, but my M1 Air could not print on HP printer and the solution turned up to be find the driver and designate it to open in Rosetta (cmd-I and check the checkbox). Apparently, somehow system thought it is M1 compatible code and it failed to run. Took some serious Googling to find that someone figured this already out. Could be this is trying to start service and it is failing for similar reason.
Obvious solution would be get updated drivers from manufacturer, but that can be challenge.

Up-to-date driver for that printer means the one on their website with a creation date of May 5, 2020.
It might be a 32-bit driver or have 32-bit components in which case you need to use Mojave or older.
Still no joy, and no help from Sato either. I hope they are working on it, but no positive confirmation.
