Save flash as .exe

What's the best way to do this from Flash CS3? Do I need a standalone program to achieve this?

Set up your publishing destinations and file formats in:

Menu>File>Publish Settings. Select Windows Projector (.exe) and destination folder. Watch for large file sizes, though.
