Save Icon in Pages

Am I just nuts or is there no way to put a Save icon in the Pages toolbar so you do not have to go File>Save every time (or use the keyboard shortcut)? How could that be overlooked?

All of the items on the Pages toolbar are for access to things you put into the document or tools you use to edit it. A Save button would 1) look out of place and 2) waste space, which is the "Microsoft way". As you say, it only takes two clicks to go File > Save or a brief second to press CMD + S so what's the problem?
