save.isyncplayback folder grows to over 500GB

My hard drive ran out of space, and the culprit was the save.isyncplayback folder which shows under:
/User/Todd/Library/ApplicationSupport/SyncServices/Local (show package contents)/save.isyncplayback.

I have deleted this folder, reset mobile me, repaired permissions, etc. After I delete this folder it grows around 6GB a day. Any ideas?
