Everyone is suggesting pretty extravagant ways to do this (even download the entire site!)

All you have to do is go to the page you want to save then File>>Save As...


This will save that site to your hard disk

Scrapbook is the way to go, IMO. Use it all the time to make confirmations of bill pay events, products orders, etc. Great little extension.
