Not sure what to do about this. On my new Macbook, I did a restore, and now when I go in and try using the auto-fill feature for credit cards, it has a bunch of old outdated cards. How do I get it to update to the current cards on my other macs?
Yeh that didn't work. :-( ---------- I understand how to add\remove cards. The issue I have is when I add one on my iMac, it doesn't add\update on my Macbook, and the same is in reverse. So I have a different list on my Macbook, iMac, and iPhone, which is really annoying.
According to this Apple support document, the trick is to disable keychain on all devices and then enable it first on the device with the correct details. If you only have three devices then that may be worth a shot if you haven't already.
I will give this a whirl. For some reason I feel like I've done this before without success, but definitely willing to give it a shot again.
Doesn't seem to work. Any other ideas? I even tried deleting all the cards off my laptop while sync\keychain was off, and then turned it on, and didn't restore anything. It's getting annoying.
OK I'm stupid. I couldn't figure out why all my old cards were lingering even though I had followed these directions to a T. After disabling Keychain on my iMac, iPad, iPhone, and Macbook, I kept re-enabling, and the same junk kept re-populating into the devices. Then I remembered I have a second iPhone 6 I use for my global phone. Repeated the steps but removed that one too this time, and when I turned it all back on, they were all blank. Now when I add a card to 1 it adds the card to all devices, precisely what I was trying to accomplish. Thanks everyone!
