Saving pictures sent in an email to iPhoto?

How do you do it, I am assuming it's obvious but I can't figure it out🙁

You're over thinking it. Drag and drop. That's it. Really.

Or click the button to view it(next to the Save button), move the mouse towards the bottom of the picture, and the option to save to iPhoto appears.
