I want to do a software restore on my powermac but no longer have the original cd's for some of my software (Photoshop, Illustrator). Can I tranfer the software to an imac via firewire and then back to my powermac? If not how else can I save my software. Can I burn it to a CD?

Had a house guest for a few weeks and let him use my computer while I was away. Ever since my computer has been running like crap. I've tried to resolve the issues but nothing seems to work. I also wanted to transfer photoshop from my main computer to an old imac I also use so I'll see if I can do this via firewire. Hope it works.
