Saw Apple Maps van today.

Today I saw Apple Maps van with cameras on it in my area. Not ones but twice with in two hours.

Thought it was cool.

It was a plain, white small, Ford van with Apple Maps writing on it. It was moving in the opposite direction so I had no time to take a pic. It didn’t have large tower on it like Google maps vehicles do.


I should have made a funny face at it for cameras to capture it. Oh well.

Were they looking for directions? Or does that joke no longer apply. I don't know if they fixed it since I don't use Apple Maps.

Apple maps still has this strange behavior where the visual is 5+ seconds behind the voice prompts.

Could just be me but google maps and Waze are in sync with the voice prompts.
