SB Settings - Nothing changing

After I make some tweaks in SBsettings and go home, a little progress circle shows up, then it goes back to the home screen, but nothing changes.

I tried putting some on/off toggles on the notification center (wifi, airplane, bluetooth, etc.). Am I doing something wrong?

Yes you are, you're probably editing the wrong settings.
I agree though Sbsettings with all the options now with notification center and the regural dropdown window is very confusing to arrange it the way you want.
And you gotta turn on other option in different submenus etc...

So, wait. What do I have to turn on/off?

What I wanted was th have the toggles for Airplane/Brightness/Wifi/Fast Notes/SSH on the notification center. Other than turning those 5 on, all the other settings are at defaults for now.

did you go to settings/notifications and edit it so it actually shows up...?
