SB Settings...please explain

I installed SBsetting via cydia and did not like the look so I uninstalled it. I then installed Serious SBsetting HD and resprang the phone....and got the same ugly SBsetting screen as the original one I installed. So what an I missing? Are SB settings theme-specific?

in SBsettings select more option on the bottom left then SBSetting Themes select Serious SBsetting HD respring your device. (done)
