SBSettings appears to be aligned to the LEFT?

Curious if anyone knows why the SBSettings popup window is aligned to the LEFT of the screen when I swipe the top portion of my screen?

Ive had SBSettings previously, and whenever I would swipe the top bar, it would appear in the middle, but now... it appears to be on the left hand side?!

More > SBSettings Options > scroll down until you see Center Window, make sure it is set to On.
