SBsettings Date with Clock option

Is there anyway to remove the spacing between the date and the dash in the statusbar when choosing date with clock option in SB settings?

i would like the have more room for my Make it mine title and it now removes my wifi bars when i choose date and clock.

it looks like they have a space between the date year and dash......can we SSH into SBsettings to change the spacing on this?

mine looks like this 8/10 - 11:00...it could save some space like this 8/10-11:00
