Sbsettings problem

A friend is trying to get sbsettings 5.2.1 working on iPhone 4 4.2.1 but it's not working. The only thing that does seem to be working is the availed ram in the status bar.

I can activate it tho...checked the settings in activator an sbsettings itself but I can get it to work at all.

The sbsettings icon is shown on the springboard I just can activate it by swiping the status bar, can anyone help?

go to Activator in the settings.app and reset all settings to factory, see if that works.
