SBSettings respring to springboard or lockscreen?

I always remember SBSettings respringing to the lock screen, but on the version I'm on now it resprings straight back to the springboard.

Is this right?

I'm on 3.1.0-1.

I don't believe that is a real iOS version. But in any case, respring takes me to the lock screen on 4.0.

3.1.2 on my 3gs, it would sometimes respring to the lock screen {passcode waiting to go in} and sometimes to the springboard. no real rhyme or reason, just did it different sometimes

3.1.0-1 is not a real version of iOS. There is a 3.1.1, but not 3.1.0-1
