SBSettings show wifi ssid

The latest SBSettings 3.0.13 has an option under the More settings to show the wifi ssid on the status bar. Enabling this doesn't do anything for me. Does it work for you?

Works perfectly fine for me. Did you try doing a Respring after changing the setting?

yes I've resprung multiple times...are you running 3.0.13?

Not sure. I have the latest version available in Cydia. I think it's 3.1.0-1 now.

Try wiicarrier -- it's better as it changes the name of the carrier to the wifi ssid and, if you tap it, it shows the ip address.

I've upgraded to 3.1.0 and figured out that if I enable both the date/time on the statusbar as well as the ip address, it also shows the ssid. That seems to be the only way to get it to show up.
