The scaling feature on the MPBr, is one I've been waiting for ever since I got my 27" iMac and has to sell it, due to too display resolution being too high, without any scaling option.
Now, I really want to get a high-res 27" screen for my MBP, but I'm afraid of the same problem happening all over again. I don't want to use a diiferent resolution that isn't the screen's native resolution, but I just want everything to be scaled to a bigger display resolution, like the MPBr does with its screen.
Is that possible? If not by default, perhaps by a 3rd party app or terminal command? Any ideas?
