iPhone 11 Pro Max Scam/spam calls after making outgoing calls

This has happened far too many times to be a coincidence now — whenever I make an outgoing call on my iPhone — I get a spam/scam call right afterwards. I feel like my iPhone has a virus — and I don’t see this being talked about online.

So — question is: has anyone had similar experiences? Everytime an outgoing call is made — a robot scam call comes in?

I haven't experienced that kind of behavior and don't recall that specific example being mentioned on the forums. I have seen some members say that spam calls appeared to increase for them after installing a spam call blocking app. Do you have anything like that on your phone?
