Sure, but it's $800.

Why would you want to use a fragile SD card that sticks out and can get broken over a much more affordable external drive? You can get a very nice lightning connecter SSD for that much.

Just pondering. I will probably get the Transcend PCI when they finally crack the format.

For that much, I could get four 512GB Crucial MX100 SSDs.

If you have that much money to burn, get a 1TB SSD and put it in an enclosure, or get one of those nice Thunderbolt 500GB SSD Lacie Rugged Drives.
