Hi,

I'm attempting to setup my Fujitsu ScanSnap 1500 on my Macbook, with OSX 10.7 Lion (11A494a).

I downloaded ScanSnap_V22L11.dmg, and installed that successfully.

I then rebooted my computer.

I then downloaded ScanSnap_V30L23.dmg, and attempted to run that, and I got the error message:

"Cannot run the update because the target ScanSnap Manager is not installed."

Also, I noticed here:

http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/peripherals/scanners/support/lion_download.html

that they refer to a Help -> Online Updates option, however, this isn't available in my version of ScanAnp (V22L11), which is from 2008.

And I can't seem to find a a full installer for any later version than V22L11 either.

Has anybody else managed to update their version of ScanSnap Manager on Mac?

Cheers,
Victor

p.s. I had to add one step to your instructions: the V22L12 on the page you linked to being an upgrade, I had to first install Fujitsu’s V22L11 (non-upgrade, full install), available for download from their “ScanSnap Manager for Mac” page at: http://www.fujitsu.com/global/support/computing/peripheral/scanners/drivers/mac.html

Ya, I just brought home a new scanner and the disk inside was for version 3.0 which installed fine. I hit the update button inside the app and it downloaded 3.2 which seems to be working fine.
