Scared about Jailbreaking my Ipod

ok ill give it ago, how do i go about restoring it if it fails? will the mac still recognize it?

i tried on my touch but now it come p with loads of code on the screen

BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0

and mac wont recognise ipod? any idea?

Hmmm... It doesn't know the difference between iPhone and iPod... but that doesn't matter... is it syncing with iTunes? That might do it. Try closing itunes.

Thats a head scratcher... Maybe you NEED itunes. Try it on a computer with iTunes... im outa ideas.

I dunno either... Maybe they have a different folder structure
