Schedule recurring email?

Is it possible to setup a mail to send me a recurring email daily? I would like my iMac to send an email to my Yahoo account so that I can check the headers in case my ISP changes my IP Address and I need to remote into my computer.

Use iCal. Setup a recurring event, then set the alarm to send an email to that address. Easy enough to do, and it works well. Just have to make sure the computer will be awake, I don't think iCal will wake up the computer to process that.

Thanks for your help. I ended up registering with no-ip.com so that should resolve my problem.
