HomeKit Schlage Sense HomeKIT issue

Recently purchased the Schlage Sense. First day i set it up, i was able to connect it to Home app.
I removed it from there for some odd reason. Now i'm trying to get it back and nothing works.
I have the Schlage Sense app and it shows my HomeKit info there. But no matter what i try, i cannot get the accessory to show up in the HOME app. tried pairing and manually entering code.
Can anyone offer any advice?

When I had an issue (forget what it was) I called their support line (888-805-9837). They walked me thru the problem.
