School iPad hack help ASAP

At our school they recently started checking out iPads to student, so I decided to check one out for a week. it sucks, because they have everything blocked, so I put a couple games from the Internet on the home screen. Well after I did that I realized I couldn't delete them, and I realized in the contract they made me sign, it threatened if you put any type of games on it to make you buy a new one. I was wondering if there is anyway around this without changing anything like the software.

not without doing a restore and losing the passcode lock... but then they'll know when the passcode is different.

You didn't put a game on it. You put a link to a game on the home screen. Nothing is installed on the iPad doing that other than a link. Just like a bookmark in a web browser

If it really just is a link the press and hold the icon untill it starts shaking and the press the "X" on the corner. If that works be happy if not pay for a new ipad.

see it did say if i put a game ON it, and this is only a link so i think i'll be fine. it would be absolutely ridiculous if they made me buy a new one for that. thanks for the help.

I do not know, an internet game is "any type" of game. If it were me, I would make you pay, just to use you as an example. Give them an inch and they will take a mile.

Because they are cheaper, more functional, lighter, more secure and easier to distribute information, than a traditional dell laptop most schools would carry

There's actually quite a few schools down here that each student is given a laptop we're talking High Schools with 1500+ kids... Within the first week kids were being robbed walking home from school for the laptops..
