iPad Air Scored a new IP Air M4 for decent price.

Long time listener, first time caller. I was able to get Best Buy to price match Sam’s Club listing yesterday and score a new IP Air M4 for $559. I know this is similar to pre-price hike. But I figured why not. What are y’all’s thoughts on the MKB for it?

I don’t have the Air, I have the Pro. But I love the MKB attached to my iPad. It turns it into a legit laptop replacement (assuming you don’t have specific software you need, just more everyday computer use) that gives me an option to quickly take it off and have a tablet again. I would recommend looking for open-box or refurbished deals. I got mine off Amazon last year for $150.

For an 11-inch, the keyboard isn't worth it in my opinion. The value isn't there because it's rare you would use it effectively as a productivity machine given the small display. For the 13-inch, maybe it's worth it depending on circumstances.

Good point. My Monday's are filled with meetings amongst the group so I wanted something portable that would hold good battery while I cover my spreadsheets.

The MKB in general makes it easier to type on forums, messaging apps , AI searches etc if you use these apps frequently, and also for office tasks like emails etc. I know it’s obvious but when you need to type anything the MKB is very useful.
