Hi guys,

couple of Q's for you.

If I enter DFU mode, can I connect to the device via a USB cable and winscp on port 2022 even if the device is not jail-broken and does not have OpenSSH installed?

and secondly.. does anyone know where the cert store is located. Lets say I am able get in to the root directory of the phone, I want to install a self signed certificate. On an android I can copy the cert file to data/misc/keychain/certs-added and it will be trusted on next reboot. Anyone know the location on ios?

You can't use Winscp from DFU mode.

The only thing you can do in DFU mode is flash firmware.

The iphone is completely different than the way android work and do things and the signed certificate plan that you have in mind will not work.
