Scrabble for iPhone.. Teacher Feature?

Anyone know how to use this? I can't find it and it's the main reason I bought this app!

The screen shots show that feature during a multi-player online game. Perhaps it's only available in that mode?

It comes up when playing multiplayer, particularly games set up over Facebook. The options for that change with each game type for whatever reason.
